Donde la mente vaya hazla regresar puedes observar tu respiraci\u00f3n, sin modificarla. La mente estar\u00e1 m\u00e1s tranquila, y poco a poco encontraras ese Pratyahara.  M\u00e1s tarde podr\u00e1s pasar a la Concentraci\u00f3n  (Dharrana).
