La relajaci\u00f3n es muy importante.Nos ayuda a podernos relajar en cualquier momento del d\u00eda, en cualquier situaci\u00f3n, no es necesario tumbarnos, si llevamos la respiraci\u00f3n a nuestra respiraci\u00f3n en el abdomen, nos puede ayudar a relajarnos.
