Es importante  unir cada   movimiento con la respiraci\u00f3n, correspondiente. El Saludo al Sol. Estiran, masajean, tonifican articulaciones, m\u00fasculos y \u00f3rganos internos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Hatha Yoga: prepara, calentando el cuerpo, para pasar posteriormente a las asanas o posturas de Yoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El n\u00famero de veces puede ser de 4, 5 \u00f3 6 saludos (con cada pierna). Podemos descansar cuando hagamos los cuatro primeros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recuerda Incorporar siempre la respiraci\u00f3n. Inhalamos cuando abrimos, exhalamos cuando cerramos.
